Extremely friendly and professional staff at all levels. The Fenix is very well located in terms of shopping, restaurants, cafes, beach and public transport (Torremolinos railway station is only 5 minutes away). The hotel is very nicely decorated and has lovely sea views.
Water pressure in the bathrooms can be a problem, not always. In this last visit, the shower and washand basin had excellent pressure, but the bidet only a trickle of water. This is a minor problem compared with the overall standard of the hotel, but it would be good if the had it sorted.

We liked everything, without exception. Everything's great! Located successfully, the sea is close by. Everything is provided for in the room, and the restaurant is just fine, although we are sophisticated people and are directly related to the industry. Thank you for a great vacation.
sea is warmer and pool is bigger! But......

Clean room with nice bed. A lot of space in th bathroom. Friendly staf. Near to the beach. You can go down with the elevator and it's just 50/100meter to th beach. THe price and wat you get is good!
The shower was quickly out of hot water. We good not use the bad because there was not enough hot water. The spa is very old and you have to pay or it. THe bread at the breakfast was dry and no real darkbread with vezels. The juice wasn't with fruit but a kind of naranga. No nutella.

Room was lovely; balcony nice and spacious, but tucked into a corner, so there was no view. Access to the beach was great
I booked the hotel mainly because it had a sauna, gym and wifi...but you had to pay for everything separately in this hotel! Wifi 6 Euros for a day is a little expensive, and the gym at 5 Euros was laughable. The breakfast was ultimately one of the worst hotel breakfasts I have ever, ever suffered. Despite having paid up front for breakfast, even the coffee was undrinkable. Beach access stops at 11.30 at night, which meant that a later night was out of the question along the front.

Location is good with easy access to both beach and town. Hotel is well kept and comfortable. Staff were very helpful but not many spoke english.
No hot water for shower one day. Room and bathroom small but ok. Food was plentiful and reasonable quality but not outstanding. We'd stay there again.
